PERSONAL TRAINING

Most personal training will have people go through the motions. You want more than that. Not everyone can be a professional athlete, but everyone can improve their athletic ability. Our Everyday Athlete Program will focus on improving your ability to Run, Throw, Jump, Lift, Carry, Climb, Traverse, and Recover. Any problem you may run into over the course of your life, or during a zombie apocalypse, we train to prepare for.

ATHLETIC PREPAREDNESS

Are you an athlete looking to take your performance to the next level. This is what we are here for. Athletic Development is both a sprint and a marathon. This is a personalized program that allows athletes to both work towards reaching both short-term and long-term success, to dominate the competition  The focus will be on building faster, stronger, longer lasting athletes, who are more resistant to injuries. We will take care of the Fitness so you just have to worry about the skills.

DISTANCE TRAINING PROGRAMS

This is a workout program that runs via the TrainHeroic App on your smartphone. These programs are perfect for those who can't afford multiple personal sessions. They are workout programs that are continuously updated and will focus on different aspects of your health and fitness. There are different teams to join depending on your goals.
